Privacy

This page explains how Medea International FZ-LLC (Dubai, UAE) — the legal entity operating the AI Workshop Corporate intensive at aiworkshop.international — handles personal data of visitors and intensive participants. We try to keep this short and honest.
What we collect
- Discovery-call requests: when you book a slot via Calendly or message us on WhatsApp / email, we receive your name, email, phone number, company, and whatever you tell us about your team.
- Sample-programme requests: if you submit your work email through the lead-magnet form, that email is forwarded to
gartashes@gmail.comvia your own email client (mailto). We don't store it on a server. - Site analytics: if Google Analytics is enabled on the site, we receive aggregated, non-identifying usage data (pages visited, country, device class). We never link this back to a real identity.
- Server logs: standard nginx access logs (IP, timestamp, requested page) for ~30 days, used only for debugging and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your discovery call or sample-programme request.
- To send you a custom proposal if we agree on the call.
- To improve the site (which sections people read, where they bounce).
Who we share it with
- Calendly — for scheduling. Their privacy policy: calendly.com/privacy.
- WhatsApp / Meta — if you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation lives in their infrastructure.
- Google — if Analytics or Ads are active. Their policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
- No third-party data brokers. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with anyone for marketing.
Cookies
The site does not use behavioural-tracking cookies of its own. Calendly may set its own cookies when its widget loads in the discovery-call section. If Google Analytics is enabled, Google sets analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser without breaking the site.
Retention
- Discovery-call records and proposal correspondence: kept while the relationship is active, plus 12 months after.
- Server logs: ~30 days.
- Analytics data: per Google's defaults (currently 14 months).
Your rights
Under UAE PDPL and the EU GDPR (where applicable), you can ask us to: (a) confirm what data we hold on you, (b) correct it, (c) delete it, (d) stop using it for any purpose. Email gartashes@gmail.com and we will respond within 14 days.
